These are just to name a few.  Many consultants, such as myself, have seen over the years, how businesses begin and in the next 6 months or few years, close. Let’s provide them with the necessary tools needed to operate a successful business. Many owners and entrepreneurs doesn’t know which financial statement they shall review or why should they be reviewed. As consultants, we break down each section and help them analyze the overall picture. Even in the beginning stage, it is important for us to know your business idea, what entity type you want to  establish, and why. Here is where we assess the pros and cons with your selection. Based on that information, you select what is better for you and your vision.
Next, you are putting plans in place. Most consultants helps with strategic planning or developing the best business practices for your company. It is very important for all owners to understand why having guidelines, policies, and procedures in place. This protects them from any disputes or legal actions. Also you want to make sure that these components align with the vision you have for your company.
Now you talk about effective marketing strategies for your business.

Each marketing consultant can help you strategically analyze which marketing platform or sales channel will be perfect for your business. Social media has become one the number 1 effective tools for driving sales. You just have to know your target audience and how to reach them.
Once we go over theses key essentials tips and tools needed to run your business, now its time to review the overall scope of your business on an executive level. Every aspect of your business should be examined: Marketing, Business Processes, Practices, Policies and Procedures, Workflow, and Work Performance. Once you have to carefully review each component, ask these question,  Are each effective ? Are they performing to their satisfied capacity? Do they align with your vision? Where do you see the opportunity? where is the threat? Which area can improve? Once you answer these questions, you must come to a conclusion if your business can carry on to the next month, if not, what is your plan actions ?
This is what we teach and educate small business owners on, operating a business, successfully running a business, and effective marketing strategies.
