Over the past few years, Georgia has been rapidly growing and booming with small businesses.  Georgia has become a hub for innovation and creative ideas, a place where entrepreneurs can come to act on their aspirations. Atlanta, GA is the named the 7th top city in the United States to start a small business in. Most of Georgia’s revenue comes from small businesses. So what are the challenges for small business ? Staying in operation,  funding, keeping a consistent cash flow. Business Consultant and Coach, ” Your Idea is My Business. ” Understanding Your Vision

I’ve helped many clients start their businesses and develop plans for their businesses. These are just the starting point when establishing a business. My question is, ” What is your next move? Many entrepreneurs or individuals seek guidance from a Consultant or Coach. We can develop road maps, plans of actions, and give you encouragement, but ultimately you have to take the steps and necessary actions to get out there and going. It takes hard work, determination, faith, and will power to step outside the box away from a 9 -5 into your own.

If you have a vision of your career or future, do you act on it? or let it go by? Sometimes we are granted a foresight of the path we suppose to be on for ourselves, but often times we become so worried about paying bills and being complacent with our 9-5 (not guaranteed, nothing is these days) that we won’t step out on faith and take risks. The definition of an Entrepreneur is RISK! You inherit all of the risks required to run a business from gains to losses, and government compliance, you deal with it all like an OWNER should. Our fear turns our won’t into can’t , impounding us with doubts that will take control over our lives if we let it.

My clients come to me with their ideas and businesses they want to open. As a Business Consultant and Coach I give you realization based upon research and numbers (profitable or not). No, I’m not the one who sells you pipe dreams and probably won’t agree with you all the time. However, the information and advice I give you is to help you and not harm you. Learning How to Turn Your Idea into a Business!

It’s not uncommon for someone to dream a silly idea for a business. However, those that do, are known as inventors. What seems ridiculous to others, seems very creative and talented to some. There are business and organizations that are looking for those silly ridiculous thinking individuals that will love to brand and promote their idea. Inventors, do not let others opinions stop your dream!

I, as an example, was told my business will not be successful in my town. Through faith, knowledge, and hard work, I proved them wrong. Even in business management, you have to be creative for promoting your services. Yes, you may live in a business or economically disadvantage area, but does that mean you have to tailor your services or products to that area? No, that would be considered small town thinking.  If you want to achieve your goals or increase your profits, you must think outside the box!

Do you let people decide your success for you? Or, is it your independent definition of yourself? Majority of the times, we intend to let our social surroundings critique and rate our success. We rely on society approval as if their future are in the hands of everyone. Success is one’s measurement after accomplishing a goal. The key character or variable in success is yourself. We need to reach from within to seek success. As a young entreprenuer, I can definitely say that for me, I will rate my success when I have accomplished all my goals. I’m still at the beginning stages, even though I have accomplished some of my goals. Once you laid the foundation or roadmap of your future, it’s your decision to execute the plan.
